Petworld

Petworld is a well-established pet-shop seeking to evolve its visual identity into something more flexible, modern, and dynamic. The goal was to create a brand system that better reflects the personality of the business and allows the brand to shine consistently across many touchpoints, store signage, merchandise, digital channels, packaging, and more.

My design approach embraces a modular, geometric aesthetic, using simplified animal forms and clean graphic shapes to give the brand a fresh and adaptable voice.

Approach

By breaking down imagery into blocks of colour and form, the identity became more versatile and scaleable from a small badge on a product to a large sign. The concept also aimed to balance playfulness and sophistication: friendly and inviting for pet-lovers, but with a confident and modern visual tone. This ensures Petworld feels relevant and aspirational rather than outdated.

Outcome

Starting from a redesigned core logo, I developed a graphic language that brings the new identity to life. The focus was on building a dynamic visual system , one that could move, shift, and play across different formats while staying consistent and recognizable. Color, typography, and playful shapes were used to capture the joyful and diverse nature of pet shop, ensuring the brand could adapt easily for both digital and physical touchpoints.
